We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that all returns will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price due to unpaid duties & taxes (international) and our postage and packaging fees associated with packing your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of the item and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that our jewellery does not have extended warranty and damaged items will not be replaced after our 30 day return window, unless otherwise determined by Pink Scarlett. Please note any approved replacements after this time frame will incur a shipping and handling fee in order to be replaced.

Please choose carefully when selecting earrings. For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds on these products.
